The Bermuda Dunes Palms Complex is located in the city of Bermuda Dunes on Avenue 42 near Bermuda Dunes Country Club and the Bermuda Dunes Airport. The property was acquired in 2018 and is in the process of being completely remodeled. The new remodel includes all new landscaping, exterior lighting, exterior painting, and renovations and upgrades to the pool area as well as remodeled interiors of all of the units. The interior remodel includes new wood flooring, new countertops, new paint, new blinds, and all new appliances. There are two coin-operated laundry facilities at the property. Several of the units have private yard areas. Upper units have private balconies. All of the units at the property are two-bedroom, two-bath single-story condo-style homes.
